Ketentuan Layanan

• Berikan referensi atau deskripsi singkat tentang design yang kamu inginkan lalu isi form yang diberikan
(Tidak menerima orderan "terserah seller")• Project akan dibuat sesuai styleku, tolong untuk tidak request style seperti artist lain• Payment full/half di awal sebelum proses (half payment bisa dilakukan tergantung total invoice)Tentang Revisi 📝
• REVISI max 2x (MINOR) berupa TYPO/RECOLOR lebih dari itu akan dikenakan fee. Maka dari itu mohon mengisi form order dengan teliti dan detail! Revisi chibi hanya RECOLOR
• REVISI dengan fee hanya diizinkan 1x lebih dari itu dianggap design ulang.
• BATAS kesempatan revisi 2x24jam (order reguler) dan 1x24jam (in rush order) jika belum ada respon juga dianggap fix dan file langsung dikirimTentang Estimasi 🗓
• ESTIMASI pengerjaan sekitar 3–10 hari setelah payment ( di luar revisi) tergantung jumlah orderan dan kesibukanku ( untuk commis chibi only est. 3-14 hari)
• TOLONG jangan memburu2 pengerjaan jika belum lewat batas estimasi, jika butuh cepat akan dikenakan in rush fee
• AKU tidak akan menanggapi pertanyaan "Sudah jadi ka?" "Kapan jadi ka?" dll, jika belum melewati estimasi.• File dikirim= hasil FIX tidak bisa direvisi/ubah. Mohon langsung mengunduh file karena aku akan melakukan pembersihan folder rutin.• Aku berhak memposting atau memasukkan results ke portfolio dan sosmed (req tidak diposting akan dikenakan fee)• No cancel/ pengembalian dana setelah fix orderOrder = Setuju dengan semua Ketentuanku

Terms of Service

• Provide references or give me a brief description of how you want the design looks like then kindly fill oit the form I send.• Project will be designed with my style, please do not request me to replicate another artist's style• Pay full/half upfront before I start designing ( half payment allowed depends on invoice total)About Revision📝
• REVISION max.3 times (minor) more revision will be charged. MINOR revision (Typo/Recolor). Chibi revision only includes recoloring.
• FEE-BASED revisions allowed once.
• REVISION opportunities are available for 2x24 hours (regular order) and 1x24 hours (rush order). If there is no response, it will be considered final, and the files will be sent immediately.About Estimation🗓
• PROCESS takes between 3–10 days to finish (excluding revisions). For chibi comms only, est. 3- 14 days
• RUSH fee applies for projects needed ASAP; please avoid rushing completion.
• I will not respond to inquiries about project completion until after the deadline has passed.•File sent = FIX result, cannot be changed. Please download the file right away (File will be deleted soon)• I have the right to post the project on my socmed or my portfolio• No cancellation/ refund after fix orderOrder = Agree with all my Terms

Loyalty Card

• 1 stamp didapatkan setiap transaksi dengan minimal order 30k. Pembelian 4+ items dalam 1 transaksi akan mendapatkan 2 stamps
• 1 Card berlaku untuk 1 username/buyer

• 1 stamp is obtained for every transaction (min. Order $2) Purchasing 4+ items in 1 transaction will earn 2 stamps
• 1 Card is valid for 1 username/buyer
